Resolv captures, tracks and analyzes reported incidents and adverse events. How this works: upon awareness of an incident, a detailed report is entered into the database by a user.
Resolv then automatically monitors and distributes the reported incident to the appropriate offices and personnel for action and resolution. The original incident report is saved in the database as a separate case entry and password protected, so that only designated employees will have access. All cases follow a series of steps and internal resolution processes until the issue has been resolved.
Once an incident report and/or case has been input into the system, form letters and notifications can be quickly and easily generated to inform internal management, patient and/or regulatory agencies as needed. As cases are entered into the system, specific department managers, risk officials, etc. may be instantly notified of the incident through Resolv's automated notification systems.
